Partner Portal

The Partner Portal is the console MSP partners use when they work with Controlio. You sign in with your own Microsoft 365 account.

What you can do

You register an opportunity for a customer tenant, and once Controlio approves it, the record is protected in your name. You see the customers Controlio has handed to you and run the process yourself. You set up your own brand here too; see White-Label. Your current discount rate also shows on this screen.

Access

Only your MSP account and the authorized users defined for your company can reach the portal. You see only your own opportunity records. Another partner's data, or Controlio's, is not visible to you.

The opportunity flow

Your record starts as pending. Once Controlio approves it, it is protected. You can only withdraw a record that is still pending.
